The products available on this website are not intended to be used as treatment, cure or prevention for any diseases. CBD products are not medicine and are not a substitute for any medication. Paradox CBD makes no claims about any products listed on this website. Please refer to your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a serious medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant/lactating.

Please note that all payment transactions will be carried out in (£/GBP) UK Sterling. Currency conversion displayed on the site should be used as a guide only. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail with the order details and order reference number.

All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging. However our return address is displayed on the package.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Paradox reserve the right to cancel your order.

• Payment clearance is required before dispatch of an order
• Should the required item be unavailable for any reason, customers will be informed immediately and advised of alternative products.
• Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Paradox cannot be held responsible for packages stopped and confiscated by customs. It is the customers responsibility to check the legality of the products in their country before making a purchase.

Paradox cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current UK rate of 20%. Orders placed for delivery outside the EU are not charged VAT.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order for 14 days after receipt of the order. You have a further 14 days to return the items back to us.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. Refunds will be carried out within 14 days of receipt.

In the case of a fault, some goods will be sent to the manufacturer for further testing. You will be informed if this will be the case when initially contacting us.

Please note, if the items are not faulty/incorrect you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as the items will remain the customers responsibility until received at Paradox.

Deductions can be made if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.
